When he received the parts and took the bumper off his car, he found that all the nuts were rusty. It was hard to take them off and, worst of all, one of the nuts was worn out. He needed to get some others. However, neither vendor included the nuts with the parts they sold. They’re actually just normal nuts. But he needed to get them from a hardware store 2 hours away.
